We are saddened to hear you got that impression of us and would love to explain why that is not the case.

We looked into your case with our team and saw it already went through our Trade Compliance Department to check that everything was done correctly.

As they explained in an email after their investigation, you faced a Stop Out. This happens when your margin level falls below 15%, and the funds in your trading account are insufficient to keep your positions open.

In your case, you were also trading with a bonus, so your margin level must have looked bigger. But according to the promotion rules, once the equity in your account becomes equal to or less than the bonus amount, it will be cancelled. Once that happened, the Stop Out followed almost immediately.

We're very sorry for the situation, but everything was done according to the rules of our promotion and our Customer Agreement. We hope you understand.
