I ordered a couple of the products for…

I ordered a couple of the products for my Mum who suffers with fibromyalgia. She has only been taking them a couple of days and already said she feels lighter, she said it was almost like a weight had been lifted, she couldn’t explain it but said she can definitely feel a positive difference already. We can’t wait to see what results she gets long term. Shout out to the customer service team who were super helpful with what to order. Thank you so much 🫶

I sent an email stating that I wanted…

I sent an email stating that I wanted to cancel my sons membership at Swim, I was instructed to fill out a cancellation form online, so I did that and still didn't hear anything back after a month. So I decided to cancel the direct debit but I opted to cancel it after the next payment so that my son could still go for the next month. So my direct debit came out of my bank and then will have cancelled after that. I got an email saying they had cancelled all of my sons classes on the day that he was supposed to be going, even though I had just paid for the month!! They said it states this in the terms and conditions but as we had been going for the last few years I'm not sure how I was expected to remember this and also if the communication from their admim side had been better we would not be in this position! I am absolutely disgusted with this company, I will be telling everybody I know not to use them! Also, the turnover of staff is not great! My son would just start getting used to one teacher and then they would change to somebody else. So I think this says a lot about them too. Go somewhere cheaper like your local swimming baths, these are a rip off and a disgrace!

I've always been a Samsung phone kinda…

I've always been a Samsung phone kinda person over an Iphone one, and always buy Samsung TVs. So because of this we decided to try one of their hoovers. It cost £500 and broke within a couple of weeks, we tried to take it back to the shop who told us we had to go through Samsung. So, we must have contacted them at least 10 times over email, live chat and telephone, spoke to numerous people who don't sound like they know what they're talking about and have literally been left with a very expensive broken hoover! The customer service has been nothing short of appalling!! We have been waiting on phone calls from people that have just never came, they keep cancelling our delivery for a repair! It is just disgusting. Never again will we be buying a Samsung anything.

I dont know why I ever even bothered…

I dont know why I ever even bothered ordering from here again to be honest as I've been through similar experiences with this company in the past but because they were quite quick in resolving the issues I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But this is absolutely the last time I will ever order with them again. Items missing out of my delivery, which just so happened to be the most expensive item that was in the box!! And absolutely no contact from their company regarding my item or refund. What a shambles. The order WAS NOT processed and sent out in full at all, so please do not reply to my review saying that it was when I am telling you that it wasnt!!! The most expensive item on the order was not there!!! You are not going to say that the order was sent out in full when it wasn't! The box hadn't been tampered with either, so it hasn't been taken out in transit. You might want to actually get some competent staff who don't put half of an order in!!

Received my order and it didn't really…

Received my order and it didn't really look any different to cheaper versions I have seen on Amazon. Came in a box with Chinese writing on it, so it is probably worth a fraction of the price that I have actually paid for. You are made to believe that it has been specially created by 3 girls but it has obviously came from a Chinese warehouse somewhere, also the controller that I got with it is all in Chinese so I have absolutely no idea what each button means. Emailed and had no response, otherwise I wouldnt have left a negative review at all.

This is my second review now as it seems I only get a response to my emails when I leave a bad review!!! Where is the other half of my order?! Every time I have emailed regarding this and the item that I received broken, it seems that the question about the half of my order that I didnt receive gets ignored. This is not acceptable. I have had to dispute the sale with my bank now because you have taken my money for something that has never been sent. Absolutely disgusting. Will never buy from this company again after this is resolved!

Terrible company

I wish I had came on here and read the reviews before placing an order. I have been trying to send faulty items back for a couple of weeks now and my emails are being ignored. I dont even think the phone number is genuine, or it is always turned off! Luckily the warehouse isn't too far from my house so I will be taking the items back there instead of waiting for any kind of contact from this sham of a company

Absolutely no contact about my order

I placed an order 2 weeks ago, a few days later only 1 of the items arrived....broken! The other half of my order has never arrived, although the money has been taken from my account. I sent an email a week ago and it has been ignored, I find it hard to believe they don't have the staff to go through emails in this amount of time! I have re sent emails and still not getting answered. So half of my order hasn't came and the other half is useless as it is broken! Thanks Just my Look!! The amount of people I have seen experiencing the same kind of issues is just unacceptable!!!
