Whilst I still feel I was lied to I should present why I am so very Cross with this company and why their statement I was not in presents them as a Dishonest company failed to collect, then says they called. They represent VERY be careful when dealing with this company.

I have had to ask neighbours to move the large item as it obstructed my wheelchair exit from home, so very frustrating.

When I have read other testimonies all were contacted prior to the driver arriving, added to my frustration I was continuously looking through my window so as to ensure a. Good collection a call would have helped me relax, then to receive a message that they could not collect was ridiculous.

My Hisense television failed and having read the online reactions I doubted a good resolve.

However EVERY aspect of my complaint journey from phone call, to the repair team visit to their notice that it was beyond repair to the final resolve was perfect.

No stress whatsoever, the TV may have been Mmmmm faulty but Very were outstanding.

A holistic attitude from updates to engineer attitude and communication ication

Saw the pens, hoped they were quality. Won the auction and they arrived,

I can only caution anyone who deals with this company to think hard before doing so. They are all nice and helpful when taking your order but not so when after 9 weeks waiting and six answerphone calls to customer services where you never receive a return call you are forced to cancel your order.

There is more but just be careful.
