Frustrating customer service and incorrect product description

I had so many issues with HeyShape. I ordered two bras and received an email a few days later that my order had been shipped. A week after that, I got an email from HeyShape stating that one of the items was out of stock (and that my order had indeed not been shipped). They tried to offer me another product twice instead of a refund, and after a frustrating back-and-forth with CS, they finally accepted the refund.

When I finally got the other product, it smelled very chemical, and it turned out that it was not as advertised. The product description stated that the bra was "wire-free", which is why I bought it. It was NOT wire-free at all. I contacted CS again, stating that I wanted a refund for the item. Again, they tried to offer me another item instead. Then, a 20% refund, and then in the end, either a 50% refund and I would keep the item or a full refund, where I would return it and have to pay for shipping myself (even though I was returning the item because it was incorrectly described on their website). In the end, I accepted that option so I wouldn't have to go through more hassle with their frustrating CS that just kept feeding me copy-paste answers and didn't address any of my comments and issues.

But the issues didn't end there. I had to email them multiple times over 6 weeks to actually get the refunds. The customer service reps use copy-paste prompts and fail to address any issues; they just try to avoid refunding at all costs.

At least I can see that they have updated the product description on their website. Don't recommend at all.
