I recently sent my glasses to Lensology to get reglazed. While I ended up not needing them after cataract surgery, their service was absolutely outstanding. Replies to my emails were prompt, clear, and personal—it felt like dealing with real people who genuinely cared. The whole process was smooth and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch optical service.

Gym is great, hope it continues to be as good when it moves. The music - absolutely awful, generic garbage and loud with it. But I'm old, so probably not the target demographic,
I need to learn not to go during daylight hours.

We're sorry to hear you have some concerns with regards to the volume of the music in the gym.
In the gym, we must adhere to Health & Safety guidelines as specified by HSE, as to the appropriate volume at which we play our music and our members are taken into consideration at all times when choosing the appropriate volume.
Staff should undertake regular volume checks for the safety and comfort of our members, but if you approach the Gym Manager with more info they can look into this for you.
Value for money, music is insanely loud at random times of day. 6.00am??!!

The food provided is excellent quality, not always with an adequate date life, which involves choosing what to cook first and freezing some of the meat. Many of the meals have similar basis, chicken stock seems to be a staple. Along with rice as a side.
The recipes are good, easy to follow and normally the cards are included in the packaging. However I found that as time went on they weren't always provided - they are available online but the reason I use hello fresh is for the convenience. Peering at my phone is not convenient.
There should have been a dessert in the 4th box, there wasn't and when queried about was told that a credit would be added to my next full price box. (Which was a month or two away) I don't think that was acceptable and was told that was the only option. It put me off using them again. Part of how I view a company is how they respond to a complaint, I found hellofresh lacking in their response.

We understand that missing items need to then be replaced to be able to prepare your meal and we apologise for creating an inconvenience.
Our Packing team takes care that all boxes are sent out as they ought to be, though since our boxes are still hand packed when an item goes missing it is surely human error. However, since it has happened on more than one occasion, they need to look into this more closely and make sure it is rectified. The same applies to when an item is sent that does not match our usual quality and we will make sure the Product team is aware of this so they can sort it out for future reference.

Got a p30 lite just over a year ago. SIM card stopped working properly, though had never been removed from phone. I could make WiFi calls from my number, and access my contact address book but not make calls, nor texts nor access my data. Everything else worked perfectly. Sent it back to huawei to be repaired, to be told liquid contamination. It had never been near water. It’d been looked after, and was in immaculate condition. It would appear that ‘liquid contamination’ is a catch-all for non-repairable failures on sub-par equipment.
Ordered 2 electric wing mirrors for a focus, arrived quickly, good quality, fitted perfectly and cost far less than any other supplier.
