Absolute nightmare customer service

Fine when things are OK
Try and deal with them after a mistake there end. Missing item trying to make me claim from the courier despite the packaging being perfect. The missing item is not the couriers fault it's been missed at packing don't pass the buck and waste every ones time.
Order no 6 a can assure you there won't be a number 7

Called for a 200 pp holiday

Called for a 200 pp holiday
Ended up over £1000 told him not to proceed. Said he had permission to charge my account even though I told him I was recording the phone call. Fraud and Scammers stay well clear.
Had to call the fraud team at my bank.

Avoid this company like the plauge !!

Avoid this company like the plauge !!!
Customer service sucks !! Two full days now being told am engineer will call Bach in 30 minutes Lie after lie after lie. 2 kids frozen can't get a shower in ma own house and still no further forward with them. Absolutely disgusting company AVOID AVOID AVOID.
Phone sitting with the phone in our hands waiting on this call
Tech managed to call today ok so wouldn't be asked to prove who they were twice !!
Also the phone rings our end while waiting on the screening !! Guess what no ringing. You have the email address
You have a house number
Email me a direct dial number that some one will actually answer !!! Our kids are cold !!!
After reviewing the reply think it's only fair that I update my post.
The engineer called this morning for a five minutes fix that we waited with no heating for three days for. oh and they called to a number that they couldn't get through on yesterday !!
Yes the Engenieer fixed Shame we sat freezing and unable to shower while we waited on that five minute phone call

Hi John I have just been updated by our tech team that they have tried to call you at 15.38 However we connected to the Talk Talk screening when the agent left his name and pressed the hash key as directed the call was cut off i also have attempted but also cut off when pressing the hash key, Another agent will attempt to get a hold of you later today.
