My order was canceled without myself being informed.
I only found out because paypal e-mailed me saying the money was returned.
There was no e-mail from just sound and I had to log in on their site to find the order status was moved to canceled.
I am glad I did not pay by bank transfer... not sure how the refund would go or if is just a scam
My advice: don't use this guys unless is a very good deal. In that always pay with Paypal to have some protection

I´ve written to cancel my internet clearly stating it was on the 31-08. They decide to cancel on the 16-08 because that is 30 days after my message.
Wrote a 2nd time flagging the issue and it was completely ignored.
Main problem is that you can´t even cancel your services using their website.
Edited: the situation was corrected 2 days after reporting on trustpillot. It is a shame youfone was not able to emend the situation in the past 3 weeks.

Das 4 vezes que utilizei os vossos serviços as encomendas foram sempre entregues num estádo vergonhoso estando as caixas rasgadas e abertas. É uma sorte nunca se ter perdido nada pelo caminho.
Não compreendo como é que os vossos centros de distribuição trabalham mas eu não recomendo ninguêm a utilizar os vossos serviços.
Já deixei de utilizar lojas online que só enviam pela vossa empresa.

Received an e-mail saying my package was being delivered today between 11-13:30. Scheduled my day to be able to be at home and no one showed. Later recieved a 2nd e-mail saying to would be delivered between 17-19h. Again I changed my day to be at home at the required time
At 20:30 recieved an e-mail that my pacakge was not being delivered and no further information of next day/time slot.
I think it will need to be returned to the sender cause I will not be at home next week.

I’ve got a promotion code on the mail. It seems I am not entitled to such discount because I once used Uber taxi services in the UK. This was after I spent half an hour looking at the very few restaurants that were available at my area compared to thuisbezorgd.... So I will just keep using thuisbezorgd like anyone else since I already threw the promo card to the garbage...

Removem do site as reviews que criticam os produtos. Isso esconde as más experiências e faz com que as opiniões dos produtos não transmitam toda a verdade.
Para não falar que demoram mais de uma semana a enviar as encomendas e não acondicionam devidamente o que é ecomendado dentro da embalagem que enviam.

Enviaram-me um telemóvel diferente do que eu tinha encomendado. Recusaram-se a trocar até abrir abrir reclamação no paypal. DIsseram-me para o enviar para a China e que me mandavam 1 novo apesar do meu ter vindo de Espanha. Depois de enviar o telemóvel dizem que só me dão 1 novo se fechar o caso no paypal. Não é difícil de perceber que isso é contra as regras do paypal e que não me pagam nada se o fizer.
Com isto já perdi mais de 1 mês e não só o dinheiro do telemóvel como mais 10€ dos portes para devolver o errado.
