Incorrect item sent poor customer service

I was sent an incorrect item which I returned . I asked customer service to refund the return fee of £10 along with the original postage fee of £5 .
Miinto works well as long as there are no issues with the order like mine .
Beware customer service is mainly chat bots and I had to provide endless details before I was contacted by a real agent! Even then I had to keep chasing the refund which took weeks to arrive and I still haven’t received the £5 postage fee as promised. Very disappointing!

I had a problem with delivery to the…

I had a problem with delivery to the wrong address. Customer service were right on it very efficient and helpful .
They also were extremely responsive on another matter relating to an order .
They go the extra mile really excellent.

My first time to use Atterley .My goods…

My first time to use Atterley .My goods were dispatched quickly and were well packaged.There are no hidden charges for taxes ,duties etc .The website descriptions of clothing could be better and have more details.
.I will be happy to use them again .
One reservation the returns period is only 14 days which is quite short 21 days would be more reasonable

Problem with returns

My order arrived promptly but one item was mistakenly included that was for another order and I need to return it along with some items from my original order. I have tried to contact doublef on the contact details provided for returns and customer service but nothing works .

Very disappointing my first order…

Very disappointing my first order arrived and 2 of the items are completely the wrong size and so have to be returned. This is very inconvenient . There is no excuse for sending out different sizes to the ones ordered indeed this is the first time it has happened to me and I do a lot of online shopping.
I won’t be reordering in future. I hope my refund will be processed more efficiently.

It is a shame to hear about the error with the sizing. I have looked at your order and can see that there might have been some confusion in regards to the sizing. With the particular brand that you ordered, the sizing on the labels is in IT size, since it is an Italian brand. On our website, you can order the EU size, or choose to order the brand size.

Your order for the two items that you most likely received 'wrong' was ordered in EU size, and then you received the IT size, which then seems to be too big. I understand it is confusing, and I will take this feedback further. However, you did in fact receive the ordered sizes, just that the sizes ordered were incorrect due to it not being entirely clear perhaps on our website.

Hopefully, you will give us another chance in the future, and please do contact us if there are any questions or concerns. I will get back to you per email to give you this information in regards to the sizing as well.

I really like IKRIX

I really like IKRIX . They have a great collection of clothes and they are a well run company with very efficient customer service.
My only complaint is that the shipping charges are quite high and I think if you are spending over £200 it should be free in line with most other companies.
Please consider this point IKRIX

I am very concerned about an order I placed several days ago with Coltorti . I have received no notification of shipment of the order and no reply from the customer service email. Now I have read the other reviews I realise this company has a bad reputation. If I do not here from them today I shall be contacting my credit card company.
