Like travelling in a refrigerator

Like travelling in a refrigerator. My legs were so stiff from the cold I struggled to walk when I arrived at Newcastle from Carlisle. Shocking how a company thinks it's acceptable to have no heating on in the middle of January. I'm totally appalled to be honest.

Excellent customer service from this…

Excellent customer service from this Company. I broke 1 of the glass spheres while installing the 3 pendant lamp. Went onto their website chat and was sorted straight away with a replacement part. It was really cheap to buy the part and it was in my hand 2 days later. Well impressed. So happy that I purchased from this Company.

Good website, competitive pricing. Delivery service by Royal Mail poor. Should consider using a different delivery service.

Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service from the 2 SGK guys today. Received a courtesy call as a heads up, 20 minutes before they arrived on time. They carefully placed all my bedroom furniture into the upstairs room and then assembled my wardrode for me in about 20 minutes. Extremely happy with them. Well done and many thanks SGK.

Worst courier company there is

Worst courier company there is. Persistently delivers my correctly addressed packages to the wrong address. Complaint system doesn't work. Customer service non existent. All round consistency in poor service.

No signature required on delivery

Product arrived in good time and condition. Still not happy that there was no signature required on delivery. The driver left the package on the porch, it's even been on the news about packages being stolen from porches. Need to change couriers.

Very happy with the product quality

Very happy with the product quality. Items were packaged really well for shipping. Would have been even happier if the 3rd party delivery guy required a signature on delivery. When I questioned him about that, he said it was nothing to do with him. Not having to sign for a package containing over $5000 worth of bullion doesn't give me a warm and fuzzy feeling to be honest.
