Very good guidance throughout

I have just completed the transfer of my domain to hostinger and set up two email accounts. The process was stressful as I have had the previous account for 25 years. However, the on-line support was surprisingly good and all my questions were answered. I am very pleased that everything now works better than previously. Excellent service.

Had my induction at the Sandhurst Gym…

Had my induction at the Sandhurst Gym with Ryan. Haven’t been to the gym for 14 years, so a bit nervous. Ryan was excellent - he explained all the equipment and was available afterwards to help with queries. Very encouraging and supportive. I felt reassured and am looking forward to future sessions. Very friendly atmosphere. A very good experience.

I am very happy with the customer…

I am very happy with the customer interface - responsive and helpful. And I am happy with the information provided. My gas smart meter keeps dropping out and that is a nuisance. I would like some action to fix it or replace it, rather than keep having to call customer support.

Just the best

Sadly, our holiday of a lifetime cannot take place now, due to Covid-19. Just spoken to Audley. What did we expect? They have just offered to rearrange everything next year, same arrangements, same price. You only know how good a company is when things go wrong. And they are just the best. Thank you.
