Stay Away!

Do not use this company!
Unfortunately, I discovered this far too late…
I ordered a sewing kit and I didn’t receive what was advertised. I have repeatedly emailed, but they do not reply.
Alas, I am stuck!

On Track!

Myself and a student travelled to London from the South Coast, following the awful attacks on the rail network (early November).
We felt safe, the conductor on each train was helpful and there were BTP around, should we need them.
The underground staff were very, very helpful too!
We are so grateful to you all!

Communication is key!

The communication TP provide is virtually non-existent. If you try to call them, it takes between 35-60 minutes for someone to answer your call and even then you get different information given to you each time!
This service is abysmal.

I am sorry to say that I’m not impressed with Yodel. An advisory note on their email states, customers do not have to be home to collect their order. ‘
I was at home - I did not hear the door.
However, our parcel was not left!
