Honestly the team is what makes it - dedicated, efficient, knowledgeable - bringing in Hyper was the best decision I made.

Would wait ~7/8 mins for a response, only for them to get impatient if I didnt respond within a minute. They closed the conversation after to & fro with basic personal detail questions. Didn't get far at all.

Richard & Jordan have both been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process & in particular during the uncertainty & volatility of COVID period, helped me to secure a fixed rate dynamically even when the previous fell through. I never felt like they were trying to push my into anything, nor that they just wanted to take profit and for that I will always recommend them. Good market colour as well which showed their knowledge - thanks TMBL!
