Won't exchange an unopened product
Won't exchange an unopened and unused product because it's past 28 days. That's beside the point! Product is completely unopened because I can't use it, because I got the wrong shade! I could understand refusal of return but all I wanted was an exchange, NOT a refund and I would of happily provided photo evidence of the item and paid for my exchange postage. So now I'm £44 down and stuck with a bottle of foundation in the wrong shade! Will never shop with you ever again!
