Won't exchange an unopened product

Won't exchange an unopened and unused product because it's past 28 days. That's beside the point! Product is completely unopened because I can't use it, because I got the wrong shade! I could understand refusal of return but all I wanted was an exchange, NOT a refund and I would of happily provided photo evidence of the item and paid for my exchange postage. So now I'm £44 down and stuck with a bottle of foundation in the wrong shade! Will never shop with you ever again!

Avoid online orders!

Have ordered a few times from M&S and they've always been SO SLOW at dispatching orders! I placed an order on April 21st (7 items) and only 1 item was dispatched and delivered to me. Tried to go into store to return the 1 item I'd received as it was too small. Was told by a very rude member off staff I couldn't return it due to the cyber attack, she was so rude and spoke down to me like I was stupid. I knew about the cyber incident and was happy to wait to get the rest of my order. I had an email saying it was delayed but no word of cancellation. I then got another email saying the rest of the order was cancelled and refunded. Will never order online from M&S again.

Take your money but don't send you your order.

My husband placed an order on the 11/12/23 and paid for next day delivery and the order still hasn't been dispatched, no response or help from customer services. We will be contacting our bank to get the money back.

Nice designs but poor quality

Nice designs but poor quality, I've had 2 t-shirts and both ended up with holes in, I've not even had them a year. So waste of money won't be buying again.

Item arrived scratched

Paid £5.95 for delivery and waited a week. (thought would arrive sooner for that price!) Item arrived scratched, sent an email to say item was scratched. Was just simply told to return it (wasn't offered free return or an apology!) explained I did not want to pay to return it after waiting a week for delivery for a damaged item, I explained I would like a replacement or refund. They just said they would give 10% off a future purchase. I don't want anything else from their website and even if I did I wouldn't order anything else from them especially after this experience, so that 10% off is useless. Not happy and would not recommend.

Ordered a tea towel which is beautiful…

Ordered a tea towel which is beautiful but a shame they use those stupid plastic tags, my tea towel has been left with a hole from where the tag was attached. Would be better if they didn't use those tags or placed them better to not leave a hole in the item.

Waiting and waiting...

They are quick to take your money but slow to deliver. My order tracking is constantly changing dates and my sofa delivery has now been delayed for over 4 weeks with no explanation as to why. I was expecting to have my sofa by the end of August. I am sick of waiting, I will never shop with SCS again or recommend them. I've paid top money for a sofa and I'm just sat waiting and waiting, it's not good enough.... buying a sofa should not take this long and be this stressful! Wish I'd gone to DFS instead.

Do not recommend

I ordered the 1940s style CC09 bra in my usual size but when it arrived it was absolutely tiny and far too tight. The quality was really disappointing, the stitching was poorly done and material was not silk or satin as expected. I was also disappointed that its not made in the UK and it's 100% polyester and made in India, so very cheap and clearly not worth the price at all. Sent the bra back for a refund but I didn't even get a full refund, they ripped me off by £3.49 so I would not recommend this company. They also delete any negative reviews from their Facebook page! 🚩🚩🚩

Let you buy stock that isn't available!

I was eyeing up a certain item for ages that was sold out in my size, so I kept checking every day to see if it had come back in stock. One day I checked and it was back in stock so I placed an order and waited for my despatch email. 3 days later still no despatch email so contacted customer services just to ask when my order would be despatched to be told the item I had ordered was no longer in stock. Absolute joke! Why let someone check out and pay for an item that is no longer available? Disgusting. First and last attempt at shopping with Boden. Extremely disappointed! 🤬

Can't order online!

Been trying to place an order for over an hour now. Every time I go through checkout and confirm payment it says "your payment is being processed" a big white box comes up and then nothing happens. I have double checked my payment details are correct, have left it 5-10 mins, have tried on my phone, on a separate browser and it still doesn't work. Disappointed! Will have to purchase from elsewhere.

Sizing isn't right :(

Really like the style of these but unfortunately their sizing is completely wrong. Ordered my usual size 4/37 and they are really tight, especially my right foot. I can feel my toe right at the end, they are rubbing and causing blisters. Have never had this problem before and I am a size 4 in Vans, Converse, Clarks, etc. Every shoe/boot I own is a 4 so I know my feet are definitely a size 4 and Superga are not true to size.
