T019VA1414567887 - baking hot few days, ordered a fan because mine broke, delivery has not turned up AGAIN. Been living at my address just over 6 months and anything sent by everi has never turned up. I have had to resort to sending it elsewhere. Unfortunately using Amazon you don't always get advises who the courier will be so have had nothing but issues getting my parcels. Go between every and amazon with my money and or product tied in until the issue is resolved. I have used what 3 words, taken photos and described the location which is right by a shell garage, cant be that hard to find everyone else manages! Seems like laziness as after complaining to evri constantly on one occasion eventually one of my parcels was delivered but yet again this one has not! On two occasions I have taken days off to wait in for a delivery to ensure there is no reason they cannot deliver. I got no call no message and literally sat facing the window all day, with a note saying "delivery attempted, more information is required" so i know they didn't even try. So frustrating, if I could know who my deliveries would be through I would never by anything that uses evri. Evri maybe a decent company but some of their employees must be lazy or thick!

Amazing results

Customer service first off was incredible. I'm at a new build address and it took 3 attempts to get my delivery but they didn't argue they just tried again for me and I received it on the third attempt so thank you! I was sceptic about the shampoo and condition being a bar. Also being perimenopausal my hair is thinning, so I was desperate to try something. I was worried that my hair dye would wash out but it hasn't budged so I'm over the moon. I have only wajded my haor twice but it's beautiful and soft even after just rinsing. So so happy thank you!!! Can't wait to see further results!

Beds lovely, more info on pistons would be helpful

The bed is lovely but have been unable to push the bed down, the pistons are stiff. We have not moved in yet and have been advised the mattress would help make them move due to the added weight, fingers crossed this will be the case. Would have been nice to have more info on that, doing some of my own research it's a common enough issue, we assumed at forst the pistons were broken or something. Fingers crossed that's all we'll need to do

Not allergic to what I'm allergic to apparently

Well, everything I know I'm allergic to, which I stated in the questionnaire, which would had given you a head start, apparently I'm not allergic to! You also stated that my partner has celiac disease and shouldn't eat gluten free food and is allergic to nuts, that he eats all the time. Its just made me feel I've wasted my money on mine and my partners tests. No solution to my stomach issues back to square one

It's important to know that we are not detecting allergies through this testing method as this can only be detected through a blood test. We are only able to detect sensitivities through our hair strand test you completed with us.

If the report has shown no reactivity to items you know you are allergic to, then this will mean there is no sensitivity present but does not contradict your previous allergies and does not mean you should consume these.

In regards to your partner, it is common for a food item consumed in the daily diet or very frequently, to test as a moderate or high sensitivity item. This can happen with food sensitivity and may be due to the body suddenly struggling to process or breakdown particular constituents of the food. This could be caused by overconsumption of a food group or could be down to an imbalance in gut bacteria or the presence of low-level inflammation in the gut.

Not good at all

Not good at all. Didn't fix my tablet after receiving it advising me it would cost more if the screen was broken whilst removing it to replace the battery. If that was the risk why was this not advised sooner as I just spent more money on posting and packaging and didn't get anywhere. Better off doing it myself! Won't be recommending or using services again
