No refunds from them even when the airline responsible is willing to offer refunds. I would not recommend

Very shrewed

Very shrewed. They will fine you regardless of your compliance..you send a copy of a residence permit as identification and they wait until the 5 day period to expire then notify you that they wanted a guaranter's passport. You send a bank statement with 2 weeks transaction and they wait for the timeline to expire to notify you that they wanted a month of transaction from the bank statement and thats after frustrating you that you never sent the documents on time yet u beat the deadline by 2 days. I was hit with over 200€ fine despite complying by all means. Kindly seek alternative sources of money if you want peace
