The service was excellent

The service was excellent as usual and Dave in the shop catered to our needs. Gary and Mark delivered the goods on time and was very careful in our property. Been dealing with Stevenson's for years and never had a problem and will be back again.

Christmas in Fort William

The tour driver was excellent and nothing was any trouble. The Hotel staff were excellentMangement Team (Holly), Bar Staff, Resturant Staff, Chef, Cleaners and Leisure/Spa Staff. The room was carpet was a bit worn but the bathroom was all new. We enjoyed our stay.

Customer service

Easy to book,but trying to get In touch with client support to change some thing was hard work. They don't call you back so you to keep trying. When you do get through they are helpful.
