If I could give a minus 10 stars, it would be too much. They sent me a defective cat toy and when I asked for a refund, they proceeded to offer me 25% refund as a good will gesture, then 50% refund and then 75% refund over the course of three weeks. I contacted American Express to pull my money back, waiting to see if that helped. I told them I would return their defective product to international shipping per their policy and quoted their policy, and to refund ALL of my money. Today I received another email and they are offering me ALL of my money back. Do not buy anything through this company unless you have the patience to get your money back. Not trust worthy or customer friendly.
