If I could give a minus 10 stars

If I could give a minus 10 stars, it would be too much. They sent me a defective cat toy and when I asked for a refund, they proceeded to offer me 25% refund as a good will gesture, then 50% refund and then 75% refund over the course of three weeks. I contacted American Express to pull my money back, waiting to see if that helped. I told them I would return their defective product to international shipping per their policy and quoted their policy, and to refund ALL of my money. Today I received another email and they are offering me ALL of my money back. Do not buy anything through this company unless you have the patience to get your money back. Not trust worthy or customer friendly.

I'd give it no stars

I'd give it no stars, but that is not an option. Bought inflatable water and air filled toy for cats to play with. Cats did not touch it, despite putting cat nip and their current toys on it. After 4 days, the water leaked all over my carpet. Now the company wants me to send them a picture of where the leak is. Really? I sent them pics of the deflated item, maybe they can find the leak. Hoping to get a refund. Time will tell. Don't waste your time or money.

Usually I am 100% satisfied with Canada…

Usually I am 100% satisfied with Canada Pharmacy; unfortunately, because of COVID, it is 6 weeks and I am still awaiting my allergy meds. I know its not your fault; however, maybe you should have warned your clients BEFORE it was time to renew their meds so we could have done it sooner.
