Gym was very busy when I arrived at 5:25pm on 3/02/2025, I was not able to work on the machines I wanted and so left after getting access to some of the required ending my workout prematurely. I will give this another go this evening however if its the same I will be cancelling my membership. Regards

Our gyms are indeed very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website to see how many people are in the gym.
Please also feel free to ask to switch in with a member while they rest between sets, this can also help you keep an even pace between sets. Thanks, PureGym.
