Worst costumer service - I git wrong item and they make me pay for return

I ordered 1 item and they sent me another one. Then I asked for a change and they asked me to return the item sent (which return i have to pay). Then order a new item, paying double for sending now. I complain that is their fault to send me an item I did not order and they keep insisting that they are not responsible.

Es un SCAM

Es un SCAM

Mandé un paquete desde España a Holanda pagando la tarifa de 43 euros para el punto pack. Deapués de una semana me llega un mail que esta esperandome en el punto de partida. Llamé 3 veces hasta que dicen que intentaron llevarlo al punto pack Holanda 1 vez y como estaba cerrado lo devolvieron ¿que?

Tonta de mi, Volvi a intentarlo sin punto pack, directamente a mi casa de holanda. Otra vez me llega el email. Llamo y me dicen que no que es un error que esta llegando a holanda.
Y hoy me llega la confirmation que esta en el punto de partida.

He puesto ya una reclamacion y aun no se nada.... es un SCAM

Wonderful service

Wonderful service, great material, lovely curtains with exellent quality. It only took quite a long time to arrive, but with covid I can understand it is busy.

Y SE MERECEN MENOS ESTRELLAS!! Es una estafa!!! Encargué un mini olivo y llegaron azaleas.... sin comunicación previa, más baratas.... ENCIMA SIN ATENCION AL CLIENTE!!!!!! Terrible! No me han contestado mis emails.... TERRIBLE
