I have been a customer of RofC for 18 months, having been initially tempted in by a special offer. Our cat (Millie) had gradually become a fussy eater with the usual brands, so this seemed worth a try. I was impressed with the website and the attention to detail of creating a food box for Millie - and when the first box arrived she loved it! (And still does today!).
My latest delivery has been delivered to the wrong address by Yodel (which is still being investigated by them), so I thought I would drop a note to RofC to advise them and just a genuine enquiry of what would happen next. I was absolutely delighted to receive a response within minutes, with a genuine apology (this is no fault of RofC) and to be advised that arrangements had been made for immediate dispatch of a replacement box, plus an extra bag of treats for Millie!
This is excellent customer service and I really appreciate that if something goes wrong it will be dealt with easily and immediately.
