Great quality but really poor service for the premium price

Orders can take up to 2+ months.

Good could be better

Quality of material is excellent however 2 issues. [1] The time taken to make and deliver the curtains are really really long and todays digital world processes should be more efficient and delivered quicker. [2] The length of my curtains are inconsistent.
