PLEASE READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS as they are the reviews that talk about the service provided and what it’s like to be stuck in a contract with these con artists.
The 5 star reviews are all brand new customers who haven’t yet experienced the frustration of dealing with them.

We are currently waiting on the result of the ombudsman’s investigation. We had to lodge a complaint with the Ombudsman because 4Com failed in providing a basic service to us, they also ignore emails, do not call back when promising they will, don’t allow you to speak to a supervisor, they even ignore complaints and a request for a dead lock letter. They charge you incorrectly for things that should not be chargeable, then promise they will credit which they forget to do, then chase you for payments you don’t owe, you call again and they promise to resolve, which again they don’t, then they threaten to cut you off for failing to pay for an invoice that isn’t even due! Shocking incompetence in all areas.
Our complaint for the ombudsman included over 90 pieces of evidence proving many different failings in all departments.

We didn’t sign with 4com, we signed with Midshire who then sold out to 4com and our contact went with this.

Our business has been affected by the many failings. But no one at 4com cares less.

They don’t care because they know you’re tied up in a water tight contract that allows them to give a dreadful service and still charge you for it.

If we are unable to end our contract with the assistance of the ombudsman then we will be looking to team up with other dissatisfied customers to achieve this result, in court action if necessary.
Also looking into trading standards and even watchdog.

***Have just spoken to OFCOM, you need to make a separate complaint to them in addition to the Ombudsman as they don't share information. I will be submitting my complaint today. Please everyone who is dissatisfied make a complaint to the Ombudsman and OFCOM. Its really easy to do, can be done online or on the phone. The more people who complain, the more evidence OFCOM have to take action.

****Further update, it is also really quick and easy to submit your story to BBC watchdog, I have just done this. The more people that do this, the more likely the story is to be investigated, so please lets get this dreadful company's practices investigated!

****I have also emailed my MP...again really simple.
