Prompt and excellent service from the Engineer sent to us which was booked for same day.
Only negative aspect was the initial call which was answered by an automotive message for which I was unable to get it to direct me to an advisor. Eventually managed this by trying four different calls.

Standard class Trip to London and return same day where trains for both journeys were on time and although busy there were sufficient seats available. Catering facilities on the both journeys were restricted due to wrong rolling stock in use …but the trolley service was operational and effective with same very polite pleasant staff member working hard both ways …10.00 am Col -Ldn & 16.30 Liv st - Col. Excellent clean comfortable train with no issues ! Well done Grester Anglia

Instructions on putting together the handle, wheels, electrical power installation were too small and difficult to make out.
Mower IS very light and flimsier than previous model owned I wonder how long it will last!
Grass box likewise quite fragile waiting for it to fall apart.
