Court Shoe Scammers
I saw this company advertised on a Pickleball blog. This company also advertises on Facebook. They claim they have a court shoe for pickleball that is guaranteed to eliminate foot pain.
My experience in dealing with this company is that they must be on the brink of bankruptcy as I have never experienced such a run around and it cost me $54. Unbelievable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
The shoes are dangerous to wear on court as they have NO support and the company will do anything to not refund you.
When I first said I wanted to return the shoes, they offered me a $20 discount. I declined because as a senior I needed my money back as they advertised. I would have never risked a purchase if there were no returns/refunds. Ha!
Today (this has been going on since the end of July) I found out that after I paid $23 to send the shoes back, I was today charged $12 for postage as they refused receipt of the shoes and I had to pay for the return.
After many emails, I did get a partial refund (their calculations- they made money) and after my extra costs doesn’t even equal a $20 discount.
So currently, I have a pair of crappy shoes for which I paid a total of $54 which I cannot use. Believe me do not get involved with this group of scammers!
