After buying a product for Christmas, I see that the product is deliver. I contact Fedex and Flyte in order to understand what's happened. They say they have deliver the product to the entrance. Whereas I was home all day.
Of course Flyte mentioned it's deliver and not his probleme. This product was christmas. I won't have it on time and the service support for flight is not good.

Hope I will get a refund otherwise dont trust them they are thief.

Tres bon produit et s’adapte parfaitement à machine Dolce Gusto.
Livraison un peu longue .... mais peut-être liée à la situation de confinement.
