The products are nice enough but the…

The products are nice enough but the subscription auto renews and their website doesn’t recognise my email address, so I can’t log in to cancel this - I wish to cancel as it’s just too expensive to maintain long term. No response from customer service. I’ve had x3 deliveries and not one single email or communication from the company. They just keep taking my money and sending me the products 🫠
EDIT following reply from Purdy & Figg - the information you requested was provided on the 10th of November. I’ve still had no response and no reply to 4 emails I have now sent to customer services, requesting help

I bought the little moving ball cat…

I bought the little moving ball cat toy. Took 2 weeks to arrive, box was damaged on arrival, cheap product and cat is terrified of it, it’s noisy and darts around in an almost violent manner! Reviews on the website for this product I suspect are fake

Purchased an item and tried to return it as the smell and texture of the product was awful. Return or exchange refused and attitude of the store horrendous. Surprised for such a big company to have such poor staff skills and process. Now boycotted

No food, no refund!

Order didn't arrive, spent 40 mins on the phone to Hira at uber eats who repeatedly told me they had evidence the food had been delivered so no refund. They refused to share the evidence which, if it does exist would no doubt prove it was delivered to the wrong address. Unable to complain, told sorry, that's that. Shocking - I don't know how they can get away with this!!

This is worth the money

This is worth the money, I had a free trial and slept better, ate better, drank less coffee, felt much more chill all week. I felt a bit odd for the first hour after the first one, but from then onwards have felt great. Going to cut out coffee shop spends to build the subscription into my budget 😊

Ordered the meat hamper

Ordered the meat hamper, express delivery. When it arrived and I started to unwrap it I noticed the cardboard box was wet, the plastic bag inside was not properly sealed and the bag of chicken breasts has split open leaking an amazing amount of raw chicken slime - which had coated all the other items that appeared to have been thrown in the bag. No webchat / phone number, no way of discussing this with anyone at Muscle Food, other than email. I emailed including several pictures, heard nothing for days then on the 4th day (today) I received an email asking me to explain the issue and provide photographs of all items including barcodes so compliance can investigate my claims. Impossible when the whole contaminated order is now rotting away in my wheely bin as had no other way to dispose of it! Made me feel ill. I can see others have had the same issue recently, Muscle Food you need to sort out your complaints procedures and look after your customers when things go wrong! My previous two orders had been perfect but this experience plus lack of any aftersales care has put me off forever.
