The products are nice enough but the subscription auto renews and their website doesn’t recognise my email address, so I can’t log in to cancel this - I wish to cancel as it’s just too expensive to maintain long term. No response from customer service. I’ve had x3 deliveries and not one single email or communication from the company. They just keep taking my money and sending me the products 🫠
EDIT following reply from Purdy & Figg - the information you requested was provided on the 10th of November. I’ve still had no response and no reply to 4 emails I have now sent to customer services, requesting help
