Shipping has been very fast for some products, while other have been delayed for about a week. However, the company was upfront about this, and all things considered, everything has so far arrived quickly or at least in a reasonable timeframe.

The vitamins have been fresh, safely packed, and our multiple orders have all been correct. The main highlight of this site is knowing that the vitamins are all real since they don't allow third-party sellers. Other major sites do, and after a bad experience with ordering supplements from a different major online retailer (I won't name them, but you know who,) it's nice to get 100% authentic supplements online at a great price and with fast shipping.

Hand sanitizers are hard to find now, but luckily we had Merci Handy sanitizers left from an order months ago. Once we started running low, we went on their site this week and expected to see nothing available. To our happy surprise, they had many types left! Our favorite scent, Lime, was fully in stock, so we got a bunch of that plus some other fruity scents.

The shipping was free for a $35 order, so we got 10 sanitizers of different scents to mix it up. The site mentioned that shipping might be slightly delayed due to increased orders, but it was sent out 1 day later and will arrive in 2 days like promised. Amazing service!

In short, these sanitizers are perfect to carry around or leave in the car. We plan to have one in our entryway at all times as well. Plus, their sanitizers are at 67% alc which meets the worldwide guidelines, so with that in mind, along with the nice colors and scents, plus very fast shipping, I'd say they're definitely a 5-star company. It's nice to have such good service especially when these products are in high-demand.

EDIT/UPDATE: As of now, they have claimed to have cancelled and refunded both the order and subscription. On my account, the order shows as cancelled and there is no subscription. They said it may take 5-10 days to receive the refund, so I will update then. However, had I not left this review publicly, I do not believe they would have responded (based on other reviewers' experiences.) Every website should have a button to cancel a subscription (and an unwanted subscription at that) plus a way to cancel orders. Even in their response, they say that they usually don't allow people to cancel subscriptions. Uh huh... Be careful with this site...

I placed an order, but immediately (within the minute!) wanted to cancel it and look at other products. Most sites, and even this business, say you can cancel an order before it's shipped (or in this case, made and processed.) I wanted to cancel immediately after pressing Order, but there's no cancel button anywhere! Plus, they don't even give you an order number or anything. Looking now, the site screams SCAM.

However, they also put me into a subscription that CAN NOT BE CANCELLED, and there's no way to cancel my order! I want to cancel both the order and subscription, but they don't allow for either! And they can't use the excuse that the product is being "hand-made," because I tried to cancel immediately!

So these people literally take your money, and refuse to cancel an order or give a refund. There's no button to cancel an order or subscription on the entire site!

They don't even have a phone number to reach, and will likely not respond to emails based on other customers' reviews. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CARD!

This business is shameful, and their website will not let you ever cancel an order or subscription. Based on how dishonest they are, I would also worry about their actual products.

Avoid at all costs, and do not give these scammers any of your information. I shouldn't have to demand my rightful refund and cancellations, but this is clearly not a reputable business.
