Horrible communication, bad service! Highly recommend to avoid them. Overpriced rooms, poor quality. They avoid replying for weeks. Wifi stopped working, they said we need to fix it, call the provider bla bla.. During the corona pandemic they still care about only themselves and show no empathy nor understanding.
