I wish I'd read trustpilot before ordering. The product i ordered was not what was delivered. I trusted it could have been a mistake - its not an imitation, its a Chinese made makeup palet. The advert contained info on the quality of the Laura Geller product - baked powder which i really like. This is what I ordered. This is fake advertising. I've tried to get a refund, the best offer was 20% refund and keep the product, or pay for it to be returned - tracked postage to China. I'm never seeing the money I spent, I am certainly not paying any more money out. £20 down the drain.

The online service can be really helpful and efficient, however it is hard to get through on the phone when you really need to talk to someone. Eventually someone kindly gave us the right number to phone. There were lots of good service points - speed of damage assessment is one, and the offer of a cash payout from Trinity. Because we needed different trade people which can be hard to find, we decided to use the insurers preferred suppliers. I had to do all the coordination between them which was hard. The quality of glasier products was good, and speed of fitting acceptable. I'd score them 4. The office staff at Arayas that we dealt with were particularly helpful keeping us informed. I'd score them at 5. The workman standards differed, requiring us to point out defects that needed rework.

We arranged quotes from several firms and to be honest the prices were all in a similar band give or take a few thousand. However, the customer service stood out, timely communication throughout, and the quality of the construction. The whole team used were first class. And the result is outstanding. I particularly liked seeing the short videos on Facebook of work needing carried out on other houses, and our own. Our confidence was high. And we were not let down at any stage. We would recommend the team 100%.
