The service is good and the car very…

The service is good and the car very new. On the day or the returning, it wasn't possible to understand where to leave the car because the parking was closed and the mobile phone provided wasn't online.

The group is very friendly

The group is very friendly, and they offer a wide range of shows and options. Adam, the host, is very nice and friendly, and he tries to help you as much as possible if you have any issues. The gay group is quite mix and the drinks before the shows are quite engaging.

The pasta is good

The pasta is good, but the sauces are not quite as good. I found some weird things in the packages. The client service is not efficient: I asked multiple times to cancel my delivery, but I still receive them.

Great value for money

The owner Adam is very good host and choose the play to watch carefully. He is very welcoming and nice with everyone. The ticket is cheaper and the sits are very convenient. Plus, before heading to the theater, there is always a meeting before to socialize with others.

I started to use Wegovy 3 month ago and…

I started to use Wegovy 3 month ago and the results are amazing. I’ve lost 5kg and I don’t think food often as before. Also, I don’t eat much as before because I feel full quickly. This medicine changes my approach to food and how I think about food. Really recommend. I was afraid of the needle at the beginning but it is so small and it is not painful at all. The injection is very easy and comfortable, very unexpected for a person like me that is very scared and afraid of needles.

Extremely rude staff and homophobic

With my boyfriend, we went at Odeon in Leicester Square to watch a movie. He hold a bag with a sandwich. Entering in the room, who checked the tickets was extremely rude to us and in particular to him, because black and gay. He called him p*ssy saying that the food is not allowed in the cinema. We have just seated and the light of the room opened. The manager looked for us asking us to leave.

I don't trust this company with my money

At the beginning of this year, I received an offer from Virgin Money for a balance transfer with 0% interest. My balance with the old card was about 4k and I asked to transfer all the debit to the new card. I submitted my request to Virgin and after a few days, they gave me a credit limit of £1400 and transferred the balance from the other card without asking me if I wanted to proceed. After 20 days, I didn't receive my card and called the call centre. In very poor English, a few operators said that they couldn't find me on the system. A few calls and operators later, an operator told me that I haven't pass the security check because the address I gave to him was different in the system. The difference was that I said first my apartment number and then the road but in the system they have the road first and then the apartment. So, I called again and gave them the address in the format they wanted. Another question of the security check is the card number or the balance of the card. Because I don't have the card I don't know the number. Because I don't have the card number I can't register on the app and check my balance. After discussions, they agreed to send me a new card and a new pin but I have to transfer the balance from the current card to the new one by myself. The problem is that I don't know the first card number... So, I will pay quickly this card and no more Virgin services at all

No communication at all

I traded in my old Microsoft Surface laptop at the beginning of September. Royal Mail showed they received the parcel after a few days. After 2 weeks, the status of my refund was in progress. I tried to contact them - it is only possible to contact them via email - for few weeks without any answer. So, I started to ask Microsoft to do something. Only after more that a month, they said that Royal Mail lost the parcel.

Impossible to activate

I moved in a new flat where Hyperoptic was ready to be activate. They promise to activate the service in maximum 15 minutes. I work with the internet I can't be offline too long. I was excited to have this new provider instead of BT. I tried to activate the service via the website, but it wasn't possible to activate the service at all. I called the customer service, and at the beginning they said that in 10 minutes the service should be activated. After 3 sold days, Hyperoptic can't activate my service with no reasons and no idea when the issue can be resolved. I called the customer service every hour for 3 days, but they never have an update on my activation or the reason of this delay. I called BT, apologized and I keep my wonderful BT service although it is expensive but at least is reliable.

Bad communication, very disorganized

First, the communication with this company is extremely difficult. The solicitors don't reply to the phone because if they answer the phone, they can't do their work (they said). I had some extremely urgent questions about my case to discuss with the solicitor and I couldn't speak with him and then her at all. Only email and I haven't received answers to most of them. Every time there is a new issue and always waiting for something. The mortgage advisor and I received the mortgage offer by post on the same day. They said they have never received it. So, we asked to the lender to send again the documentation, loosing days in the completion of the case. The receptionists are very rude at the phone. They reviewed the documents multiple times and every time there was something missing or wrong.

There are two weeks I'm a client of…

There are two weeks I'm a client of Love Yourself and I'm a happy customer. The food is good. They deliver a bag every day for the day after with 5 meals based on your choices (calories and kind of food). The price is convenient if you consider the time you spend to go to the shop, cook the food, electricity and so on. It is working for me because, for now, I'm working from home and having some food ready to eat is time saving and I'm dieting at the same time.
