My S20fe was damaged ,but still in warranty recieved a full refund straight away as couldn't be repaired,I then bought an S23 which arrived in perfect condition,cannot fault backmarket everyone who I dealt with are so professional friendly and very helpful ,this is my go to place for me,I have recommended them to all my friends.

I had it sent to the recipient without seeing it,but they was so happy with the book they sent me photos it looked so lovely.

First time using collection from inpost locker ,but it won't be the last ,so easy as the lockers are next door to my local Tesco ,brilliant!everything went seamlessly. Would highly recommend.

Great boots at a reduced price nice heel size I am a size 6.5 so don't usually by a 6 if there are no half sizes,but a review from another lady who is my size said the 6 was roomy so I opted for them and she was right ,there perfect .Hope my review helps someone else who is undecided about there size.Delivery was really quick happy customer.

Been shopping with QVC for a long time great items at great prices, I love that you get 60 days to make your mind up,I buy a lot ,even more since the 3 easy pays were introduced, and customer service is the best there is.

I usually give 5 stars for my lady courier as she comes to my doo r and hands it to me ,but other couriers leave it downstairs or outside which means I have to rely on neighbours to bring it up to me as I'm partially disabled and all the flats are housed by pensioners who are not in the best of health,hence the online orders.

My lady courier is what makes it great ,she's brilliant, always hands my parcel straight to me,I wish all the couriers were the same.5 stars for this lady.Please keep her.

QVC is my favourite place to shop online,great value everything on easypay, you can actually try or wear the items ordered and return them if not satisfied within 60 days,you can't get that anywhere else. Also brilliant customer service.

Got a new lady courier, she actually delivers the parcels to my door,which is what I expect but didnt get previously, they were dumped anywhere. She is professional and very friendly, please keep her.5 stars for her.

Really quick delivery, easy transaction on clearpay which is the only way I can afford to buy in installments. This is my 6th bottle ,can't see or feel any difference yet but will carry on using it ,it must be doing something.

There's so many inpost lockers so it's easy and convenient to drop my parcel off whilst grocery shopping as its situated right outside.

The lady I spoke to was very helpful, nice to speak to an actual person,she spoke to me about my concerns and assured me my deposit would be credited into my bank account within 3-5 working days ,I received it within 3 days,she was true to her word.
