Bought the product to try, but didn't realise I had signed up to a subscription. Then when I tried to cancel the subscription I get a error message and have been unable to cancel. A big red flag and wouldn't trust this company. The cream didn't even help

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Scammers, nothing more. Like other reviewers have said I can't understand why Trademe continues to let them trade and I won't ever buy via Trademe again as a result.

Like so many other reviewers I ordered and was promised shipping of 4-6 days. 20 days later I am still waiting with lots of excuses but still no sofa long with "We will get back to you" yeah nah. I asked to talk to a manager and was told I would be contacted in 24-48 hours. I asked for a refund and was told I would have to wait until after they had contacted Mainfreight. Not what it has to do with Mainfreight as I purchased from them not a shipping company and their crappy delivery company is not my problem.
Buyer beware and buy elsewhere if you want something delivered on time with good customer service. Pathetic and will never buy from again
Review of Beko
I would never buy a Beko oven or appliance again. With first time use the oven overheated to the point where the oven light fitting melted!
Following arguments with Beko the oven was replaced and now after 6 weeks the new oven is now not working. It won't turn on and the Beko website suggests trying things like seeing if the fuses work, the oven light has blown etc. I am not an electrician or handy person and with a barely out of the box oven I do not expect to have to deal with this yet again
