I'm on my fifth bag of oat milk

I'm on my fifth bag of oat milk. The taste is great, it's simple to make, and the communication is good. The delivery is fast, it's from a small UK business, and the cost is no more than what you'd pay in a supermarket.

I feel good about not transporting gallons of water around the country; and I'm reducing my reliance on the big supermarkets and Tetrapak containers.

The coat feels like 'military grade'

The coat feels like 'military grade', designed to last and with no corners cut. Superior to what you find on the high street, and no more expensive.
If you call, they pick up the phone, and will exchange for a different size without quibble.
A hidden gem of a business. Highly recommended.

Publisher Champ gives you the facts you need.

If you don't know your net net KDP earnings, you're handing money to Amazon. For the unwary, it's a money pit.
Amazon tells you your 'estimated royalties' - but it doesn't deduct your advertising costs. So you're at risk of living in a fool's paradise.
Publisher Champ provides the real information, which allows you to make the necessary changes.
If you're serious about making money on KDP, it's not just useful, it's essential.

It's a scam.

I got a shortener from t.ly, only to find out the link would expire if I didn't pay a monthly fee. Now the link is dead and I have to recreate a time-consuming and complicated Google Maps route.

It's great to be able to find a tech…

It's great to be able to find a tech person when you need them. Supportwave makes that really easy.

It's almost astonishing to watch their timer suggest someone will respond in 60 seconds - and it happens. The HQ is responsive, too.

Amazon's stats are misleading, which is why you need this software.
From your revenue, KDPChamp removes Amazon's cut, and then your ad costs. And so you learn how much genuine profit you're making. It's a salutary piece of software.

Beware: Iris requires three months' notice.

Iris requires three months' notice for cancellation (buried in their Ts and Cs), so I have to pay a year's money for no service.

And the process of getting through to them was appalling. I got re-routed on the phone to five different people, starting with someone in India who's accent I couldn't understand.

Definitely avoid this company

We received only 18 bottles, rather than the 24 we ordered.

But wait. It gets worse. Of the 18 bottles we received:
- Only 7 were correct.
- 11 were bottles we had not ordered.

In summary Bernabei owes us the 17 bottles we ordered but have not received.

I keep chasing them; and all I get back is a comment that they're waiting for a response from UPS. It's been weeks now.

There is no apology, and no recognition that it's their responsibility.

They have a wide range of wine at low prices; and the service used to be speedy. It's sad they have become so incompetent. It's time to find another supplier.

Wondershare refused to refund me, saying that I had to buy a different product from them before they would consider it. Note that I asked for a refund on the same day, and haven't opened the product.

No payment notifications. No online cancellation function.

1. Be aware that Livedrive will not notify you that your subscription is running - they will keep taking your money for years on end until you notice the payments silently going out from your bank account.
2. There is no facility to cancel online. You have to ring them up, where you get a muffled answerphone. That said, they will ring you back and then cancel. But the lack of automatic cancellation is a device to keep you paying.

Ultra slow delivery

I'm disappointed that the company will take 12-14 working days (that's up to one month, in real terms) to deliver my flooring, despite it being in stock. Apparently this is due to Covid 19! And when I offered to collect it, the job would reduce to 'only' 10-12 working days. In other words it takes them three weeks to walk the product out of the warehouse, and the courier then delivers it in 48 hours.

Nowhere on the site does the company mention how fast it will deliver the flooring.

They have offered to cancel the order, but it would be better if they had a warning notice on the site; or else hired a few more warehouse staff.

An incompetent and unrepentant organisation.

I bought a server, and got acknowledgement and 'welcome' emails.

But for two days the admin showed the server as still 'being provisioned'.

When I called Support, they said it was 'sold out'.

I pointed out that it wasn't sold out when I bought it. Support said the ecommerce website isn't always up to date.

Apart from refunding me, there wasn't anything they would do about it. They said they were too busy to do anything.

So if they mess up, don't expect them to notice, still less to apologise.

At this point in time dedicated servers are a popular product due to the increasing need for online solutions. This can mean that our website can sometimes be a little behind when it comes to stock levels, particularly if it is a popular server model that many customers are interested in.
