Other than the product being at a good price, AO have been spot on. Easy to choose a delivery date and the time slot was confirmed on the day. The driver called to give us an eta which was within the time slot. Friendly and helpful driver too.

Found a hard to source part for a GPZ 500s at almost half the price of CMS and Fowlers. That included delivery. Ok so I had to wait 12 days....so what. Great service and great value.

The mats (although the base version) are good quality and look really classy. They fitted perfectly but the clips were the wrong size. A new pair of clips were sent within days. Can't fault the quality of the mats and the customer service was excellent. Would absolutely buy from them again.

Straightforward and simple. Good communication with the space owner and dead easy to pick up/drop off permit. One issue though, the text confirmation with a link to Google maps took me to completely the wrong place. Meaning i dipped into the london congestion zone. Bit annoying and effectively added £15 but lesson learned.

I'll be honest, I was sceptical but this turned out to be unfounded. The whole process was easy, everything worked. The staff were really helpful and the reserve price was realistic. I was offered a really good price from a main dealer. The car was collected with no drama and the money was paid into my bank account before the car was taken away. Seamless and simple.

This is an absolute scam! Firstly they pretend to be UK based with a co.uk Web address and location set as London. This is not the case.
My wife ordered some products which admittedly did eventually arrive, but are very poor quality. The returns have to go back to the USA at your cost and there is no refund....they take your money and run. Avoid at all costs!

Website is easy to use and order through. The sheets came really well packed and cut precisely to sizes ordered. Would definitely order again.

The service I received was brilliant, easy ordering and the mask kit arrived quickly. The kit itself was accurately cut, comprehensive and the fit was good. The only issue I had was that the masks were not as sticky and easy to conform as other brands. I struggled with the material used and found the mask lifting in places, particularly wheels.

We have a jaybe folding bed and some of the springs stretched. I emailed customer services and very quickly they sent replacement parts and a tool for fitting them free of charge. Fantastic service and i cant recommended jaybe highly enough.

To be honest I took some convincing to try but am delighted. It looks expensive but when you look at the bigger picture it's actually good value. We're three weeks in and haven't had a duff meal yet. It is tricky with the children as one is particularly fussy and unwilling to try new recipes but both of them have been keen to get cooking. For us the big thing is there's no waste, everything is portioned perfectly. We had become stuck in a rut with meals as we're juggling work, school, clubs etc and hello fresh has given us easy to cook recipes that are different and delicious. We've just had the bombay style lamb curry and it was fantastic. Unfortunately, next week there's nothing that the kids will eat so we'll have to resort to the standard boring meals for them. We've both become a little excited by food again. I'm convinced.
