Found Russell to be quite aggressive when asking about pricing. Scare tactics used, very disappointing

Interesting, when you have a very unwell husband and you have test results to prove it, you get aggressive with Russell about the costs of treating your husband because you don't want to spend the money on getting him well, you then decide its a good idea to make false comments online about Russell. Please understand this is grounds for legal action due to defamation.
