Used to be really impressed with…

Used to be really impressed with GivEnergy as I’ve had their equipment in my previous property as well as my current one. Their after care was good with an initial fault with my EV charger last year, the fault is now back & they now require you to contact them via live chat which takes ages to get responses and have now been cut off from twice whilst they were apparently checking data after asking me to start charging whilst they were online, if you try phoning…. No one answers!
Considering the amount of money I’ve spent with them on batteries, inverters & gateway in addition to the EV charger, it’s now a business with very poor customer service.

Still heard nothing from Givenergy even after them replying to my review that they were to look into the issue with my EV charger!

Great install by LDT

Just had Luke install solar panels, battery, eddie water heater, car charger and air conditioning. As with work completed by LDT at my previous property, the communication & install was again 'first class' and competitively priced. Would fully recommend Luke for any electrical services that he offers.

What right does this company have to…

What right does this company have to take down the videos of a paying client, in this case Alex Bellfield! Smells like Vimeo have accepted a brown envelope from someone who doesn’t like free speech and opinions that aren’t lefty wokeness. You are a disgrace, but could probably get decent contract with the Kremlin!

Awful service if you want to transfer…

Awful service if you want to transfer to another provider!
Decided to transfer my partners SIPP from HL to AJBell back in June as we felt uneasy with how’d they’d pushed selling Woodford funds until his downfall even though we only use tracker funds & etf’s.
Its now December & we are still waiting for the investments to transfer over. They may have removed exit fees but it looks like they have removed the exit all together. Continually fobbed off with excuses so now raising a formal complaint. Shocking service and a ruined reputation, my advice is use ‘Anyone But Hargreaves Lansdown’
One month on and having raised a formal complaint, HL have finally completed the transfer.
