Terrible experience I was sent a can of…

Terrible experience I was sent a can of paint without any indication what colour it is and itsa nothing like what I ordered... the sticker with the colour information had further stickers added that ripped off the surface of the information label so I have no idea what has been sent and its not the colour I ordered.

The bus was so cold toward the back..

The bus was so cold toward the back... 16C according to my phone... but it was warm in the front when I went up ther and asked the driver if he could turn up the heat...

The smell from the toilet!

Its sickenning to hear customer services excuses like the toilets are cleaned when the buses are sent out as an excuse for the smell we had to endure during the journey as if I criticised your poor cleaning staff...I did not! So stop being defensive, you will never improve your service if you dont take on board feedback! The smell that was overwhelming was the corrosive chemical used for the toilet that must be leaking so thats a technical fault with your bus not fixed! Fumes may even be hazzardous to passengers, we dont know!
The driver said the wifi was not working, its not like a taster samples being offered on a tray in a supermarket that are availible till their gone, wi fi is not like that! Its either working or its not! This is a simple and straightorward technology that supports no excuses! Get it fixed! Maybe Megabus customer support should go back to the supermareket where your insulting excuses are lost over the tannoy! Passengers are intelligent... customer services stop insulting us! You need to be intelligent too!

Hello,

Before our coach leaves the depot, the toilet is cleaned and checked to ensure that it is in working order. Our drivers are also asked to carry out regular checks on the toilet throughout the day to ensure it remains in a satisfactory condition.

Unfortunately, due to the volume of passengers who
use these facilities, I am sure you will appreciate that the toilet will unfortunately not remain at this standard throughout the journey.

We also understand the importance of staying connected when travelling. We aim to have Wi-Fi on board all of our coaches, but they are sometimes subject to availability.

Nevertheless, we are disappointed that the facilities were not at the high standard that we would expect.

USB charge points not working and no Toilet paper!…

The USB charge points were not working either side of the bus and there was no toilet paper in the toilet... these are basic things that the bus should be equiped with that are simply not being attended to. In continental Europe these things are immaculately taken care of but in the UK there is such a fundamental disregard for the passenger that a WC without toilet paper goes entirely unnoticed.

We understand the importance of keeping your charge when travelling. We aim to have available USB points, and toilet paper on board all of our coaches, but they are sometimes subject to availability and the toilet paper way run out on route. Its the first and last time I shall…

Its the first and last time I shall ever use this service, the support is simply not there, just ABC rubbish told you to sweep you aside that an insult to one's intelligence. I wouldn't use them again and will duly close the account.

Terrible delivery service

Terrible delivery service, Terrible! I agreed a time and it was not adhered to by TWO days! Very Very bad service... very bad and the packaging was dammaged, luckily the contents were unharmed.
