Excellent service

Bought a few things now from this online store, delivered really quickly. No issues, had to return one item due to sizing and refund was done quickly and was given label for return. Will use again

Great experience in box

Was in a corporate box for Disney on Ice, was really looked after by the host. A massive differet experience from a normal ticket, will continue to use the box going forward. Costs more but not that much, worth the extra

Really poor service

Really poor service, bought a beauty box. One of the items was faulty so requested a returm/ replacement for that one item. Selfridges refused saying I had to take it to a store for a replacment .. I am 400 miles away from nearest store as live in north of Scotland...

Re email from selfrdiges, I did email several times and got no where, please don't say email us, I have , problems still not resolved

And as below I have made contact several times and getting no where.... Consumer law if a store sends a faulty item this law states the store must send a replacement at its own cost or arrange pick up of faulty item
Just been panned off with excuse after excuse. I live in a town with no post office no parcel lockers 400 miles from your store. I formal letter re Consumer law will be getting sent to yourselves now as you clearly do not care about customers at all or try and help them.

Really poor service

Really poor service
Twice now orders been late, still awaiting to be delivered to store, Shop assistant when I went to ask for help - all i got was They are always late nothing we can do, which I get but not being able to speak with someone for non / late delivery of click and collect parcels is poor. Even harder to try and get refunded via klarna

Never again

Never again. Used a few times and once forgot drink in kids meal and a box of chocolates in grocery order. Refused refund each time which by look of it is a common trait. They don't see it as theft you pay for an item it wasn't delivered so its the same as theft but as their customer service is really poor I deleted the app and will never use again

Not the best quality but you pay for…

Not the best quality but you pay for what you get and the stuff is nice for my daughter as starter jewellery didnt get what should have a few times in crackers but for what you pay it didn't matter. Quick delivery and responds quick to messages which shows good good customer service.

Quick delivery and cheaper than where I…

Quick delivery and cheaper than where I normally get them from. Would have scored five but I order three separate boxes for each eye one for work one for home and spare for car but it came in a ninty lens box instead so don't have the smaller boxes to separate

Great quick service

Great quick service, cheaper to order my prescription through UK meds as can get three months supply (84tablets) cheaper than paying 3 prescription charges since gp only prescribes a month at a time. Order and received within a few days never had a problem.
