I suppose when you have a lot of good reviews you can ignore a complaint

I suppose when you have a lot of good reviews you can afford to not to address your customer's complaints.

As discussed over the phone, the carpets were left in the garden and due to the poor packaging they are now full of water.

The driver did not mention that this was the carpets delivery. Also, I was not given the chance to check the state of the carpets at the delivery.

Polite over the phone but with no genuine interest to resolve this. Not even providing a piece of advice as what to do with the wet carpet etc

It is in our interests that each delivery is made correctly and to the full satisfaction of the customer.

On this occasion I can see that the delivery driver called you before arrival and was given permission by you to leave the goods in your designated (external) location. Photos of the carpets were taken by the driver upon delivery. Showing all to be in perfect condition.

Secondly, we always advise that customers are either themselves present or arrange for somebody to be in at the delivery address on the day. This way you can quickly and easily check the condition of the carpets on delivery.

Very disorganised - wasted so much time after switching to them

I switched to them from Scottish Power with the promise of getting access to their EV tariffs.
Weeks later they can't even deliver that. I contacted them on WhatsApp, with emails and phone numbers and it seems that there is poor communication even within their departments.

No matter what your response will be the fact is that every day someone is politely saying "We will look into this for you" and nothing is happening.

It starts well and good but in the end..

It starts well and good but in the end, you see the true face of the agency with made-up deductions in the deposit and excuses not to pay.
I was able to fight back pretty much all of it but be prepared to waste your time.

Most likely this was the courier's fault but I was the one losing money.
