We have had Vauxhall cars for over 20 yrs and we have been looked after by Julie Andrews who always goes that extra mile to make sure we are happy .

Thank god for our Development Manger

Thank god for our Development Manger ! Firstport are very difficult to contact, as far as speaking to a human person it is just not possible .

My online account has been frozen , it does not recognize my user name , password or account number . I would really like to pay my service charge but it seems I don’t exist ( bet they would soon send a reminder in September) . So in future I will go back to paper billing ( if a person answers the phone at Firstport to enable me to do this ? )

Maybe it’s time to think about a new Management company .

Good customer service

I bought a table light from Dunelm and on getting it home it didn’t work , I straight away phoned the store and spoke to a gentleman called Brad who was extremely helpful . After another problem with a replacement not being delivered I again contacted Brad again he was extremely helpful. I now have a lovely light after a couple of problems.
When you get a person with good customer skills it makes life so much nicer for the customer to know they can shop with ease knowing any problems will be resolved stress free . Well done Brad and thank you

Excellent customer service

I ordered my table in January and Cranleigh kept me well informed about delivery , my table arrived and was well packed also the delivery company wore gloves and masks .
Unfortunately in April I noticed a fault with the table and contacted Cranleigh , I must say within 24hrs Cranleigh had contacted me , Cranleigh had got it all sorted out with the manufacture and I am now having a new table delivered. That’s what I call customer service ! Well done Cranleigh

We live at Rivendell Court Hall Green

We live at Rivendell Court Hall Green , our manager Robert Cartwright has been with us now for over 12 months and the way he has handled the development over the COVID-19 virus has been exemplary in keeping the virus out of the development. Robert also keeps us well informed of any First Port updates , we also get regular news updates of any repairs etc required on the Development .
We could not ask for a better Manager !!
