I have been a member here since…

I have been a member here since December 2023 and up till recently it’s been a great experience . However 5 weeks ago now one of the cubicle toilets in the men’s changing room has been closed with a DO NOT USE signage on the door where it still remains to this day.
When gym is busy only one working toilet upstairs in a commercial gym!!! Email sent to complaints and The Gym Group and surprise surprise no response as I type this review.

Its basic expectations and hygiene to have more than one toilet functioning in a men’s
Changing room. Massive queues now forming to use one toilet!
As with everything these days despite chasing nothing has been done .
Terrible and not acceptable in a commercial gym environment 👍

Ordered an F&F overshirt because it was…

Ordered an F&F overshirt because it was great value . Never used this company before . I paid £5.99 for next day delivery . This was on Wednesday this week. Item should have been here Thursday 4 April. Never arrived . Checking tracking for Parcel Force said item
In Nottingham . I am in Coventry . Unable to get through to both parcelforce or your company on the number given on the Shop tracking order. Sent email so far no reply and still no signs of my order which I guess there won’t be if it’s in Nottingham!!! Jon has since called me and sorted refund and his customer service was just excellent . Restored my faith in the company as they were let down by Parcelforce on this occasion .

Another great experience with Sytner…

Another great experience with Sytner BMW Coventry. Handover on my new Z4 was perfect. Everything was set up for me by Mir who took his time to go through all the features on the touchscreen . Communication at times throughout the process could have been better but not to dwell on that as the end result was a positive one

More out of order equipment !!!

One of the running machines has had a Out of Order sign on it for now 4 weeks still non sign of it working! Also the Yanga Drinks Station (which I pay extra for monthly) has been out of order for 3 days . The issue is the management are just never around to fix these issues !!! For a gym that is open 24/7 it’s a shame the manager doesn’t seem to make more of an appearance!!!! As usual gym great but let down by poor management !

Terrible!! Nobody takes accountability when things are broken or not working correctly

I have been a member at skydome pure gym since January this year (2022). So many issues currently to report… hand dryer in men’s changing room has been now broken for approx 10 weeks… 2 of the showers left part refurbished and unable to use for around 5 weeks… and the biggest complaint from me is that nobody takes accountability here for getting anything sorted!! Everyone passes the book. The pure gym app on my iPhone stopped working 9 days ago and now only shows estimated times on visits and not the actual time which is just useless! I have now raised this 3 times and still no conclusion !! All so annoying. Also new equipment only installed over a week ago are now already broken with DO NOT USE signs over them!! Really a poor experience and waste of time raising issues to the management as nothing gets done!! If this does not improve soon I will be changing gyms .

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can.
