Absolutely brilliant company

Absolutely brilliant company. There was an issue when my shoes arrived but it was dealt with immediately. Very polite lovely customer service. I will definitely buy from them again. Many thanks Belinda Cane

WILL NOT USE SERENATA FLOWERS AGAIN

First time using Serenata Flowers and I will NOT be using again. I paid £7.99 for delivery and the flowers were not delivered. I emailed Serenata and got no reply. It was really important that the flowers were delivered yesterday. My advise use a local company you can contact by phone. My mistake for using Serenata Flowers

Kiwi.com solved my problem very efficiently

I have booked via skyscanner flights Gatwick to Dublin and have not had confirmation. The booking number says it does not exist and I cannot find a telephone number or email to call. Has anyone got a telephone number from the UK?

Update - 10 Feb

Since posting the above review, Kiwi.com contacted me and investigated and sorted out my query extremely quickly and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble (it was my error as I had typed my email incorrectly). I would highly recommend Kiwi.com and would use again.

Kiwi.com. thanks for your reply. I realise it was my error with my email address and I used a landline number so I did not get the text messages. As I hadn't heard, I panicked and I booked flights direct with Ryanair for my work colleagues. I am now trying to get a refund with the seats I booked direct with Ryanair but Ryanair need the confirmation number Kiwi.com got from Ryanair for the seats so they can look at the 2 bookings and refund the booking I made directly with them. I appreciate any help you can offer.

I really need the confirmation number that you got from Ryanair for the booking so they can look at the 2 bookings to see they are duplicates and hopefully refund me the one I made direct with them. Your booking will remain active for my work colleagues traveling 19 Feb. You can email me if you would prefer on the email address provided with the booking.

Hi

I have just tried to email you on the email address I have been using and it is undeliverable. Please can you email me with the email address that you used to advise Ryanair of the booking you made for my work colleagues. Ryanair need this to process the refund for me for the duplicate booking. They need to compare both bookings - yours and the one direct with Ryanair. Kind regards Belinda Cane

Thank you for updating your positive experience with us.

Upon checking the reservation, we see the main concern is you were unable to find your booking on our website and did not receive the confirmation. However, the booking was confirmed within a few minutes and confirmation along with the E-tickets were sent on the registered email address. Generally, as soon as the passengers make the payment, the passengers are notified by us via email that the booking request is received and is in process. Meanwhile, the passengers can also view their booking status from their Kiwi.com Manage My Booking. Once the booking is confirmed, the E-tickets are available in the Kiwi.com Manage My Booking. We also send the confirmation with the E-tickets to the passengers via email.

It is the passenger's responsibility to enter their details accurately while requesting the booking. In your case, as the email address registered with us was incorrect, the notifications sent via emails were bounced back. Nevertheless, our automated system had also notified you via SMS about the booking confirmation and incorrect email address. Also to find your booking and our contact information the passenger needs to simply log in using their registered email address. We assume while signing in/logging in you used your correct email address but as the email address, you registered with us during booking was incorrect you were unable to login to the website.

Since you were notified via SMS and we did not receive any contact with our Customer Support we believed you are aware of the incorrect email address. Therefore, no further contact was made from our end until you raised your concern through the review. We are glad after receiving your review we contacted you and were able to explain the situation. We have successfully updated the correct email address provided by you in our system and you will be receiving timely notification regarding your reservation.

Additionally, as you mentioned you booked another flight directly with RyanAir. Since you wanted to cancel that flight and apply for a refund and needed the reservation number with us. Through our private email conversation, we managed to help you with your concern by providing the reservation number. We hope it will be helpful to expedite the refund process with the airline.

We will ensure you have smooth travel experience and we will be happy to have your future bookings with us.
