Truly appalling experience

Truly appalling experience. A walk in shower was installed in April, primarily for my eighty year old mother.The door fitted badly and was extremely difficult to close properly. After seemingly endless phone calls from us to get this rectified, it turned out the door had been fitted upside down and back to front.Turned around, however, it still did not fit. I have honestly lost count of the number of times I called this company to try to get a door that was fit for purpose. Frequently the phones do not work or staff do not ring back when they say they will. Finally a different door, which did work, was fitted (in August) In addition, over the summer the shower itself had been unable to maintain a constant temperature. Someone from the company came out and said it had been set wrongly.Then in September the shower itself again began to work incorrectly, at one point reaching 46 degrees with my mother inside. Again someone came out and supposedly fixed it temporarily, but said we may need a new shower unit. This apparently has to be approved by a visit from the actual shower manufacturer. We are still waiting for this visit. Premier Care say they will chase it up but nothing is happening and the shower continues to fluctuate between 44 and 37, unable to maintain a constant temperature. Absolutely disgusted with the level of service. This company is not cheap and you expect a quality product because of this. Almost six months down the line, we still do not have a shower that an elderly person can use with any confidence.
