Visiting Meadowhall yesterday my wife and I popped into the Meadowhall Footlocker store to enquire about a pair of size 5 Adidas Spezials shoes in Sage colour. Anyway this female assistant (sorry I don't know her name?) Came over to us and she was very professional very polite and very helpful too! My wife ended up buying a pair of trainers and we was so happy ,delighted and grateful for the females help /service. She is a credit to Footlocker. Thankyou. 10/10!

Evdokia is an a absolute credit to Motorola she has been absolutely fantastic with her friendly and warm customer service and professionalism. From the very start working on my case Evdokia has always kept in touch with me on a regular basis keeping me updated and she has always gone that extra mile to make sure my enquiry is being dealt with. From start to finish everything was 5***** I first rang up Ideal Customer Services on behalf of my 87 year old father. (Who has just been recently diagnosed with vascular alzheimers and dementia.) My first point of contact over the telephone was with Sarah who was very polite, friendly and professional and she booked me an appointment for the very next day for an engineer to come out to fix my father's boiler. The following day Conor the engineer turns up at my father's house who I would just like to say is an absolute gentleman and a credit to Ideal Boilers and he fixed my father's boiler! Credit were credit is due. On behalf of my father and myself "THANKYOU" so much Sarah and Conor.

I went into the Grimsby Go Outdoors store yesterday to buy a pair of trousers as always Heather and Co was very friendly and patient with me helping me find the right pair. Sorry I can't remember the lads name who assisted me but 5***** to him for all his help yesterday! Thankyou.

I've bought a cabinet form Stevenson's £1000+ and I've just purchased a puoffe for my 87 year old father so he can rest his legs on. The pouffe was only £42.00 in a sale.What I appreciate shopping at Stevenson's is it doesn't matter whether it's big or small, expensive or clearance price either way the customer service is always second to none and your always treated the same every time with friendly people who work there. I would just like to say how wonderful the customer service / returns procedure is Excellent!! I ordered the wrong size Birkenstock the kind lady went above and beyond to even go to there warehouse and measure other sizes for me. when I eventually sent them back for a full refund if was so quick and easy just like A,B,C. It's at times like these when things don't actually go right (My fault) when a company like this excel and are only concerned about trying to help you out to there best ability you know your shopping with full confidence!! On this occasion it didn't work out for me but I will definitely be coming back to shop knowing Outdoor and Country have got your back! Thankyou. 10/10

V12 are a top notch company I've used them now several times and have a good history record with them. There customer service is too notch too!
