Broken Entrance Door – Urgent Action Required

I’m extremely disappointed with the conditions at this gym. The main entrance door is automatic and has been broken for some time, leaving it permanently open. As a result, freezing cold air pours directly into the gym, making the temperature inside uncomfortably low—especially during winter mornings.

This is not a minor inconvenience. As a paying customer, I expect a basic level of comfort and maintenance. Working out in near-cold conditions is unacceptable and frankly disrespectful to members. What makes this worse is that I’ve already raised this issue with staff, yet nothing has been done to fix it.

If the gym is going to charge premium membership fees, it should at least ensure that essential facilities like the main door are functioning properly. Until this is addressed, the experience here falls far below acceptable standards.

Dirty Building & Dodgy Parking

The whole building looks dirty and the Worst is parking system. They have designed parking for visitor and paid by App called Sippi. I entered for 2 hours and they charged me £2.75 and later i received email from Sippi where they allocated me 13 seconds and not 2 hours.
A week later i have received penalty by letter (£100) for exceeding allowed time. The Sippi App is clearly a joke!

Worst Travel Agent

Trying to contact customer service to refund and they are not bothering to answer the phone nor reply to an email. Wort travel agent!

Worst Customer Service

Have booked a Car for 12 day, they changed the supplier after I have made the booking which asked the Driver need to have held Driving license for at least 4 years. I sent many emails / tried to contact on their Twitter but never got a reply. Worst customer service.
