it wasn't great it was as expected i.e. professional. the desire for everything to be described as great escapes me and makes me wonder about the veracity of this company, which up to taking the questionnaire I had considered fine.

A simple job to specify a policy

It was easy to completet the forms and to pay and the optios were entered in a logical sequence. I found it easy to get a quote, accept, pay and finalise the policy. I the rice was also competative. I would recommend it to others

Sorry to hear that you appear to have had a challenge with a cycleGuard policy.

Trustpilot invites are only sent to customers at the point that they take a policy out (it is an automated process) and i noticed that this review was from an automated invite which would suggest you had or have a policy.

If you no longer require the policy then it is quick and easy to cancel. You can either call or email us and we will take care of that for you.

Over expensive for the phone

Over expensive for the phone. I don't watch tv channels other than those available on Freeview or streaming services, so it's only the fast internet that provides any value. Once that is cheaper else where I will probably move. The cost of a landline phone needs to be reviewed by all providers, maybe include landline and mobile devices at a reasonable rate.

The Sales were great the Installation was great, small issues with internal Anglia communications?…

The Sales were great the Execution and installation were great and the payment simple. However there was a slight organizational communication problem, between sales and operations. The installation had to be delayed due to covid etc, by a couple of weeks, but i received requests to rate the service before the installation actually occurred, indicating a mismatch in information. one other small issue was one down stairs window cracked on installation due, I am told, to a manufacturing isse/weakness. This is to be replaced, the small crack has now spread across the outer pane of glass and I have had no communication as to when the unit will be replaced. this is not a big problem since itis triple glazed, but the follow up is required. I am very pleased with the service in general and would recommend Anglia.

Great site great service and great ferns.

I ordered smaller Native Ferns to plant in a new area in which I have planted tree ferns to give a fern Oasis. The plants arrived in April, the correct time for planting, in great condition and are now thriving. The Crocus site was simple to use and to complete the purchase. I will definitely use them again and I can't say better than that.
