BEWARE... a constant stream of confusing emails when I inquired as to where my order had gone. And then when I tried to cancel the automatic renewal, whoever was handling Customer Service inquiries… wrote me a long email asking me several questions and I answered them… Their response to me: We don't have you on file. And now I'm actually afraid to take the pills because I think this is a scam. I should've checked Trust Pilot first. Do not, I repeat. Do not trust these people. It looks so good on their site… And it's all show. Update: The response from the company is identical to everyone who has complained here… I checked them. Maybe you want to check them too. The very same response to everyone… Proof in my estimation that this is a scam and AI.

Unbelievably expensive!! Spent nearly $600 CAD for a few hrs. of chatting. Somebody’s getting very rich capitalizing on the numan need for genuine connection.Also, very curios all the men were either from S. America or China …and yet this is adverised in N. America. Plus they also operate a whole network of dating sites…can’t imagine the profit.

i’ve been checking out online dating sites and Our Time was supposed to be one of the better ones. Unfortunately, I do not think this is true.
I simply have not been able to contact them (other than getting standard form responses, knowing full well that a real person has not read emails), to delete my account, to even get into my account… Extremely frustrating and a huge waste of time. “Don’t Go There” is my advice.
