Very helpful course

I have been a pre diabetic for a number of years and felt that Oviva have really supported me right from the beginning. I’m still pre diabetic but my levels are slowly rising so I asked my doctor if I could start the course again. Technology has changed a bit since before, there is now a food compass which I find really helpful. You type in or take a photograph of what you are about to eat and it tells you whether your meal is balanced. You then have the opportunity to adjust it if you like. It calculates what you have eaten for the day which I find really interesting. I would recommend this course to anyone thinking about doing it.

Ally was amazing

Ally was amazing, she was efficient and friendly and nothing was too much bother. I emailed her one Friday morning and within a short time she had responded and found us a number of holidays suited to our needs. She gave me advice and recommendations by phone, text and email and by that evening we had a holiday booked. After booking I emailed for advice on parking and within a short time she had us booked into a park and ride just ten minutes from the airport. I would defiantly recommend Ally and will be contacting her again this time next year to organise our next holiday whether it be home or abroad.
