Abysmal service.sham or scam.I ordered…

Abysmal service.sham or scam.I ordered 2 dash cams.3 SD cards.£146.33 from "dashonepro"lithuania so thought was safe.NO it was China.every message reply via robot.Tracking stated 7 days it on airplane now.I asked how long till take off ?sat there 7 days !.It never took off.I took out a credit card dispute & hey now they reply they will refund in 20 days.Why 20 days you took my money in 2 days.don't they want a dispute registered against them.new co.running only for 11 mths so people BEWARE.Buy from reputable sellers where you are protected in getting money back.I have to wait 20 days meanwhile they could just go bust.Why did my payment go via "checkoutera" lithuania to China.If you check the website owner refuses to put his name on the co.That seems shady to me.wish i'd read the complaints against them earlier.Check details before using !!..

Well after numerous messages & my credit card threatening a dispute;this company have now refunded all of my money.It has been credited back onto my credit card from the company.
I still say abysmal service & warn others "STAY AWAY".

Its not the fault of qvc but this is…

Its not the fault of qvc but this is 3rd time i've ordered seasalt t shirt in blue stripe & every time got red stripe one.now sending back as do not want 3 the same.kept one.gave one to my son but was advised this was now sortedwith correct colour to the order number but obviously not the case.I would like to state the quality of this is great.it has washed well.

I love the overall variety of products.I have never had to return an item, i've found the quality of my buys really great.customer service is always helpful, polite & friendly but most of my orders are made online which is so easy.packaging & delivery also has been very good.I am totally happy with QVC.thank you.

It has been nothing but…

It has been nothing but stressful.ordered on 2nd dec, told it would be here by 20th dec but on tracking it hasn't even moved to packaging stage.I opened a request & sent e.mail & all it keeps stating is urgent waiting for confirmation.this is just to waste time as i've confirmed 4 times.contacted my bank as i think i've been scammed £31.it was for 2 "no fear" t shirts which is not a custom design but a rip off.never again.when i ordered they never said they were in vietnam cos i wouldn't of touched them with a barge pole.buyer beware there are other uk designers to order from & then you have some guarantee or comeback.18/12/2024.I just got a reply from printerval saying about if my order is delivered blah blah.they've not read or understood my review because its states very simply " on tracking not even got to the packaging stage". NEVER MIND THE DELIVERY STAGE"..If i ever get these 2 t-shirts i will re edit my review & apologise.until then I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER .!!.IT IS NOT DELIVERED.ITS NOT EVEN BEING PACKAGED !! ??
18/12/2024 Well it looks like an apology may be on its way.I just checked tracking & its now in packaging.great news.will check updates & when i get them i will delete & amend my review..getting better.
29/12/ 2024..its been in packaging since 18th.how low does it take to stuff it in a bag & slap a stamp & address on it.promised to be here by 20-12-2024.what a load of bull.never again.buyer beware.! !.

I was waiting outside tracking it when…

I was waiting outside tracking it when said delivered.Oh yes delivered to RADCLIFFE COURT when i am at HANOVER COURT !!.Read the address.could of lost lotta money had i not walked there & got it from floor by someones door & not even HANOVER.We have 2 huge signs saying HANOVER COURT at entrance of large carpark.disgusting,how do you drop off at wrong address.Will never use any delivery using YODEL ever again.

Had my 208gt 8wks,124 miles,then broke…

Had my 208gt automatic 8wks,124 miles,then broke down (loss of propulsion) in garage 3wks,told it was earth wire to gearbox.didn't believe that excuse.2wks later broke down again after 10 miles,RAC took it back to Stellantis.well after a safety recall letter & garage having car 3 months I just gave up (not much hair left after all that pulling out) broke contract & redid a new motorbility contract after even they couldn't do much more.it was a category 2 which meant tech support are supposed to run diagnostics & check data problems within 48hrs,3 weeks later still nothing,not even the manager knew they had it 3 mths.official complaint made.After 2wks i got new manual 208gt from charters who were fantastic.never again Stellantis,bad attitude with inconsistant updates with different excuses.
