Placed an order and later decided to cancel before it's even been processed..cannot get through to anyone bogus phone line and no reply to messages absolutely disgusted not even the basic service of being able to talk to a.person ..I'm not going to wait months for a refund will get I. Touch with police in their city as well as local media to expose this company for what it is ...an absolute joke..Will.be taking legal.action to get a full refund ..DUSK..REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY..YOUNARE ILLEGALLY HOLDING MY MONEY ..AND HOONG AGAINSTBYOUR OWN STATES POLICIES..

SCAM COMPANY - AVOID AT ALL COSTS ...they took my money for a service they failed to.provide. NO GIFT WRAP AS ordered and all they could say was we will refund gift wrap money still have my money have not refunded ..spoilt my graduation party .could have got the same service and product elsewhere !!!!!
